1. Event Overview
The World Championship Striptease (WCS) is an annual global entertainment event celebrating performance, artistry, and symbolic legacy. WCS 2026 will take place in Manila, Philippines, from December 6–20, 2026.
2. Eligibility & Participation
Participation is open to registered performers, elite members, sponsors, advertisers, and contributors who meet the event’s age, documentation, and compliance requirements.
– All participants must agree to the WCS Code of Conduct and local laws.
– WCS reserves the right to verify identity, age, and eligibility prior to participation.
– Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
3. Winnings & Prize Distribution
Winnings for finalists, regional representatives, and top performers are anticipated based on projected event turnover.
– Final prize amounts will be confirmed post-event, once total revenue and expenses are reconciled.
– WCS reserves the right to adjust prize distributions to ensure fairness, sustainability, and legal compliance.
– All winnings will be disbursed via approved payment channels, subject to verification, documentation, and applicable taxes.
– No guarantee is made regarding specific prize amounts before final accounting.
4. Symbolic Rewards
In addition to monetary prizes, WCS offers symbolic rewards, including:
– Digital certificates and jury recognition
– NFT collectibles tied to performance moments
– Legacy placement in the Elite Vault and closing ceremony
– Branded flash drives with event highlights and performer content
5. Refunds, Rollovers & Cancellations
– Elite membership payments are non-refundable.
– In the event of cancellation or postponement, payments may be rolled over to the next WCS cycle.
– No refunds will be issued for elite packages, sponsorships, advertising placements, or symbolic contributions once confirmed.
– WCS reserves the right to modify event structure, dates, or format due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Sponsor & Advertiser Commitments
– Sponsors and advertisers must comply with branding guidelines, exclusivity zones, and inventory availability.
– WCS reserves the right to reject or modify sponsor content that conflicts with event values, legal standards, or symbolic integrity.
– All sponsor placements are subject to final approval and may be rotated or reassigned if necessary.
7. Compliance & Conduct
– All participants must adhere to local laws, venue policies, and WCS standards of behavior.
– WCS reserves the right to remove or disqualify any participant for violations of these terms.
– Any form of harassment, exploitation, or misconduct will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of benefits.
8. Media Rights & Content Usage
By participating, you grant WCS the right to use your image, likeness, and performance footage for promotional, archival, and symbolic purposes.
– Select content may be featured in livestreams, recap videos, branded media, and NFT drops.
– WCS retains editorial control over all published content and reserves the right to edit, distribute, or archive media assets.
9. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
– These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
– Any disputes arising from participation in WCS shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Manila, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– WCS reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of any revisions.
10. Disclaimer
– WCS is not liable for travel disruptions, personal injury, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
– All anticipated winnings are subject to change based on actual event turnover and final accounting.
– Participation in WCS implies full understanding and acceptance of symbolic, financial, and legal terms outlined herein.
